Running SEO for a WordPress site used to mean juggling five disconnected tools: a crawler for the audit, a keyword tool for gap analysis, an AI writer for drafts, a separate editor for optimisation, and a scheduler for publishing. Each handoff was manual. Each tool had its own login, its own data format, and its own learning curve.
