Terms of Use

Seomatiq is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides AI-powered content generation, SEO analysis, content gap detection, and AI visibility optimization for WordPress-based websites.

The platform offers the specified features, primarily including content crawling, automated proposal creation, draft generation, SEO fix engine, and publishing automation. The feature set may change as the platform evolves; advance notice is given for removed features.

Seomatiq may only be used for lawful purposes. The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• Generating spam, misleading, or fake content
• Systematic generation of copyright-infringing content
• Attacks against the platform infrastructure, bots, or automation abuse
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' data
• Reselling the platform or commercializing it without permission

Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of the account.

You are responsible for the security of your account. We recommend using a strong password and not sharing your account details with third parties.

In the event of unauthorized account access, report it immediately to support@seomatiq.com. Seomatiq cannot be held liable for damages arising from unauthorized access that was not reported.

Paid subscriptions are billed for monthly or annual periods. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, the subscription renews automatically.

After the 7-day free trial (a card is required at plan selection), no charge is made unless you choose to move to your plan; your subscription does not start automatically.

User Content: The intellectual property rights of content generated or uploaded through Seomatiq belong to you. Seomatiq does not claim any ownership rights over this content.

Platform: The Seomatiq platform, software, design, APIs, and brand elements belong to Seomatiq and all rights are reserved. Copying the platform, reverse engineering it, or creating derivative products is prohibited.

AI Outputs: Claiming copyright over AI-generated content may be legally restricted; responsibility for this rests with the user.

Seomatiq does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Notice is given before planned maintenance. Service interruptions may occur due to unforeseen technical failures.

Seomatiq does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content or that specific rankings will be achieved in search engines. SEO results depend on search engine algorithms and are unpredictable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seomatiq's total liability is limited to the last 3 months of subscription fees.

You can cancel your account at any time via the dashboard or by writing to support@seomatiq.com.

Data in cancelled accounts is deleted within 30 days. During this period you can export your data.

Accounts that violate the terms of use may be suspended or terminated without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the platform after the notice means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In any disputes that may arise between the parties, an amicable resolution is attempted first. If a resolution cannot be reached, the Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
